Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of IDP Tool ("the Service"), operated by Solid State Software LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, the club and its users agree to these Terms.

The Service

IDP Tool is a web application that helps soccer clubs track individual player development — assessments, goals, self-assessments, and related reporting.

Accounts and responsibilities

• Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for the actions of their coaches and administrators.
• Users must keep their login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their accounts.
• Because player records describe minors, the club is responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent required by law before entering a child's information (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other clubs' data, disrupting the Service, or using it to store unlawful content.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly based on the number of active players, at the price shown in the club's admin console.
• New paid subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. Billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless the subscription is canceled.
• Deactivating players or teams reduces the active count used for billing, effective at the next renewal.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges. Fees already billed are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.

Your data

A club owns the data it enters. We act as a service provider and use the data only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request or on account closure, we will delete or return club data within a reasonable period.

IDP Tool is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Soccer Federation or any governing body. Any development frameworks referenced are provided for general guidance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid State Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Solid State Software LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm your state and update this line.)
